Research rules

  • Use only facts supported by approved sources.
  • Never invent citations, rates, programs, or legal outcomes.
  • Attach a citation to every material factual claim that is not common knowledge.
  • When sources disagree, explain the disagreement.
  • Label time-sensitive information with an effective date or data period.
  • Show inputs, formula, assumptions, and result for every calculation.
  • Treat English translations as explanatory unless an official source gives them legal authority.
  • Provide Thai names of important laws, agencies, documents, taxes, and title instruments on first mention.
  • Separate law, published procedure, market practice, contract terms, and professional opinion.
  • If evidence is insufficient, say so plainly.

Editorial artifacts in every guide
